New updated versions of all booklets ARE available NOW!

DO NOT use prior years booklets for the current (2011) year as they will not be suitable. There are many differences between booklets for the past three years.

All Usernames and passwords have been mailed. If you have not received your letter by Jan 18, 2012, please give our office a call. If you have moved since December, 2010 and have not given us your new address, please contact our office.

There has been some confusion concerning the usernames and passwords in the letters mailed.
Username - (username here) Password - (password here) is the format. Username and Passwords are always different.

Our booklets (tax organizers)are listed below. Each booklet asks all the pertinent questions that the majority of taxpayers need to answer, in order for us to complete the personal and business portion of their tax return. We have created the booklet to be as user friendly as possible, and at the same time ask all the necessary questions. By filling out the organizer, it will save us time in preparing your tax return and make sure that we have all the information. This saves you time and money when we prepare the tax return.

We have six different booklets available. Four are for specific businesses, one is a generic booklet for businesses not listed, the last is for taxpayers without any business. Look for the business you are associated with, then click on the year that you need. If your business is not listed, then you will need to choose the booklet titled "Regular (all other businesses)".

In order to access the booklet, you will need to have a username and password, which we will assign to you. We will assign them to previous clients and clients who purchase the booklet for the first time. The cost of the booklet is $5.00 if you download the book from the website, or purchase it at a seminar. If the book is mailed to you, the cost is $10.00. (The $5 or $10 cost is for new clients only) If you were a prior year client, you will be sent a letter or e-mail in the second week of January, 2011 with this information, or you may contact our office at any time.

To open, or print the booklet, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer click on the logo below.

IMPORTANT ORGANIZER INSTRUCTIONS:

After you download the booklet, please carefully go over and fiil in all pages that apply to you. If some of the pages do not apply to you, then write N/A or an "X" on the parts that do not apply. This is to insure that you have seen all pages, and will help reduce un-necessary delays caused by missing information. We cannot be responsible for missing information.

You can mail/fax/e-mail the organizer and supporting documents to us. If you mail the booklet, please send ALL pages. If you fax or e-mail, send only the pages with information on them. Mailing address, fax number and e-mail address information is on the front page of the organizer.
