*To comply with IRS guidelines as well as the benefits of accuracy, acknowledgement, speed of processing, and conservation of paper, all returns will be E-Filed.
Clients wishing to come to our office:
We offer one-on-one preparation of your return by our staff. Many of our clients prefer this method, and we are glad to accommodate you. Appointment times fill quickly, so calling us by Christmas, if possible will give you a better chance of getting a date and time that is acceptable to you. It would be a great help for new clients would tell us which businesses you have, and some of the areas that we will need to address in order to complete your return. If the return is complex, we will need to schedule more time. (for example, multiple businesses). Giving us this information when you call for the appointment, will allow us to schedule the proper amount of time to complete the return in order to neither rush you nor delay the next appointment. We recommend that all clients use our income tax organizer booklet to streamline the procedure. Tax Preparation By Mail:
Please use our income tax organizer booklet. This tool enables us to better, and more accurately, prepare your returns. If you have any unusual circumstances, please send us a detailed explanation or a copy of it in or with the booklet. When we receive your information, we will review it, and if there are other items we need, or information that needs clarification, we will contact you.The booklet, as well as all information sent to us will be returned to you, as soon as possible, after we have completed the return. When your return is complete, and has been reviewed, we will contact you by mail, phone to inform you of the results, and to arrange payment for our services. Toward the end of the tax season, an extension of time to file may be included, if we believe it is necessary. If we received a check for payment that does not clear the bank, an additional charge of $30.00 will be added, to cover the bank charges.
